Remington 700 Action r/h, What is it worth?

I have a model 700 action and all of the parts for a BDL short action off of a 223 VS varmiter with a HS Precision stock rifle. I have decided to sell it and a friend wants to buy the action and I don't know how much to price it for. Thanks for any help.

  New actions go for about 350.00
  
  Brownells just blew a bunch of short actions out for 250.00 new.
  
  Depending on condition, 250.00 is fair to me for a donor action.
