Benneli super black eagle
My uncle wants to buy a benneli super black eagle or super black eagle II (not sure of the difference)in left hand and camo. The guy at sportsmans warehouse said they dont make them but i thought they did. My question is do they make them in left hand and camo?

I have a Super Black Eagle in left hand camo and love it. If your uncle buys one he wont be sorry.
The main difference between the SBE and the SBE II is the recoil reduction stock used on the II. There are also some cosmetic changes.
Since it shoots all 3 lengths of shells, I can use it for doves, ducks and geese. It is accurate, reliable, a great all around shotgun.

I have handled a left hand, cammo Black Eagle II. It is a nice shotgun. I wish I could justify the $1400 price tag. I would sure buy the II as it has about 30% less recoil. 0 -
I have the original SBE and have for ~11 years. It will honestly be the very last gun I get rid of unless I replace it with a SBE II. They are great shooting guns, VERY easy to clean, and reliable with everything except the 7/8's oz target load. (They recommend shooting shells with 1 1/8 dram eq.)
When you consider that this one shotgun will be used for ALL your shotgunning needs, and you won't have to practice with various different guns for the changing seasons, the cost will not become such an issue. Bite the bullet and get one, you or your uncle won't be sorry...0 -

Just be aware that SBE's are designed for serious hunting, not sporting. I.e. it needs huntingloads to "survive", to work properly.
It's not built for anything less than 1 1/8 Oz shells as BambiHunter said - and preferably Full-Dram loads at that.
Once it's broken in and the bolt-head is honed into the chamber by usage and the bolthead is worn a little to move more smoothly in the bolt-body - the bolt-assembly will move more and more smoothly, you'd notice this after 250-500 shells.
By then you might be able to go for 1 Oz shells, maybe even 1 Oz, but you might not. It's still built like a tank, for heavy duty.
If you plan on using the SBE for skeet and with skeet/trap-loads like 7/8 to 1 oz loads - you can purchase a springset for the weaker loads that will allow you to shoot those loads.
But keep to standard hunting shells, with near full-dram loads and 1 1/8 or 1 1/4 Oz and up - you'll be just fine.
