Colt Commander 38 super
I have a blued Colt Commander in 38 super,brown plastic grips with Rampant Colt logo.The ser# 559xx-LW.The right side of slide has no 70 or 80 series marks.Do I have a pre 70 series model? Thankyou,Tommy

Mine is 286XXLW and it was made in the early 1950s, if that is any help.
