Excellent pistol, but check out the Bersa Thunder 380, half the price, just as reliable, just as accurate, and a little lighter to carry.

Great little autoloader. Carried one for a couple of years. Now my CCW of choice is the S&W .38 Airweight. The Scandium models are even lighter, but I bought my snubbie before S&W introduced them.

Slighly better balistics than the .380, cheaper, more reliable than any autoloader on the planet and light as a feather.

That said, I think the P230 is a fine weapon.
