Pistol ???????????????

My dad brought this pistol back from WW II. He said it was a 23 special.The markings on top are ZUBEK ES Tarsa Budapest

  Can't find anything in my references with those markings. Best thing to do would be to post some quality pictures. Might be able do identify it that way.
