HK prices (91 & 93)
What price range can I expect for these two rifles?

Well, condition is everything and you didn't give a clue at to what that is ... Best advise is to check the closed auctions but here are a couple market observations.
The 93 is a little harder to come by, however Vector is making a very nice clone for around $1200 ... a nice HK will probably be $2,300+ (depending on condition)
I see people asking big prices on them, usually $2000+ but I don't think they are selling them. The PTR-91 Clone ... receivers and most other parts are made/built here in the US on HK tooling and with the expiration of the AWB, and if your just wanting a shooter there isn't much reason to buy the "real McCoy" when the PTR is only $700 or so.
I gave $1550 for a 91 a couple months ago but it had the A3 stock ... and I wanted the real deal.
BTW - It probably goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway ... on-line buyers are very picky when it comes to what you may consider normal wear, claw marks, ejection port dings etc ... if you are selling be sure and disclose everything ~ if your buying those thing are big deducts (IMHO) ... and if its been re-finished I tend to shy away from them unless its really cheap..

DAMN kimberkid,..when you come across another one in that price range, and decide to pass on it, let me know. I have been wanting one for a while,..just because I like them.[8D]

I have a 91 and 93 that I am considering selling.
I have been able to check into pricing the 91. The 93 has proven to be a bit more difficult (scarce).
I will probably post here for auction or possibly at other gun web site (heavy with information concerning the AR-15).

An HK91 A2 in LIKE NEW CONDITION, believed not to have been fired, sold on GB a few weeks ago. Box, factory test target, accessories, one mag, 99% for $2400.00 on a buy it now price. I was in at 2200.00 at the time. From the pics it definately looked unfired.
The guy who bought it immediately relisted it in one of the other online auctions asking $3500. He is dreaming...
The "cherries" with boxes and such are easily over $2000, anything under is currently a heck of a deal. The ORIGINAL collapsable stock rifles seem to bring a premium of a couple of hundred, and the box and all docs is probably worth another $100-150.
The shooters seem to be $1800 or less. KIMBER you got a heck of a buy. I might be willing to let you make a little profit on me...
I just went through a long process of choosing between the HK91's and the FAL's. My knowledge is fairly current.

I know I'm in the one pictured above "right" but keep in mind it is a shooter, and in shooter condition complete with ejection port dings, light claw marks, and a couple small scratches on the other side ... in addition to the usual handling marks ... I am seriously considering sending it off to IGF for conversion to this G3K: .

I am not a "safe queen" type of buyer, so a shooter is quite OK for me too. I will no doubt fire it when I get it, so no matter what, it will be a shooter anyway.[8D]
