New Jap Winchester 63 Value?

Need suggested amount to offer for a new Jap Win 63. Auctions show around $500 but you never know what they acually sell for. Any info appreciated.

  If you are talking about a gun New-In-Box with all papers, I would expect it to sell in the $600-700 range. I don't need one, so I would probably offer only $500 if I got the chance to pick up one.
