Question about cleaning brass

I accidently cleaned my 38 spl. brass for 24 hours. Did I weaken it, or do I just have some really clean brass? Cases were all Federal or RP nickle & brass.

  As long as you weren't using anything other than walnut or corncob media, you should be just fine.
  
  I have some nickle cases that are reaching the end of their lifespan, and the brass is showing at the rims. Well used and well tumbled.
