tanfoglio excam 25 auto
hi could someone tell me what about with an armi tanfoglio giuseppe made in italy mod gt 27 pat cal 25 auto in the same left side at the back of the grips i can see an A letter, and in the right side it saids excam hialeah,fla also has the serial number starting with M. someone knows who is excam and giuseppe? these gun is good or a junk one? of what material is it made of? and just of curiosity what does the letter A means?. please give me your opinions because i just received these beautiful and tiny gun.

"Armi Tanfoglio" is the name of the Italian firearms Co. who manufactured the parts for your pistol. I believe "Giuseppe" was the first name of the owner, at the time your pistol was manufactured.
"Excam" is the name of the American Co. who imported the parts, then assembled and sold your pistol. They went out of business in the early 90's.
Your pistol is known as the Model "GT 27". The frame is made of either alluminum alloy or potmetal?
Unfortunately it is not a high quality firearm. It was produced for the economy end of the marketplace. The selling price in the 80's, was around $50.
