Vulcan Armanent
I am thinking of buying a gun made by the Vulcan Armanent Company, namely one of ther Mac 10 versions. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the company, and their quality. And if anyone knows anything about their V10 line (Their version of the Mac 10). Thank you.

If it's the same Vulcan as made the disintegrating .50 BMG's stay away. Hesse arms got such a bad rep they changed the name to Vulcan. Lots easier than changing their manufacturing methods and upgrading their materials.
I read somewhere that a guy bought their .50, it blew up in his face and they won't even send the guy a letter saying they're sorry.

Ouch the guy is very lucky to be alive if a gun that powerful blew up on him.

Run away! Run away! Check out www.ar15.com for info on Vulcan/hesse. You're money would be better spent elsewhere. In fact, you'd be better off burning it. At least that would be safe. 0 -
I got one of the 3 lug Vulcans and it shoots under moa at 300, can't go longer here.
Like most of the 50 bolts ya gotta carry a rubber hammer to open (never to close). At any load over 205 and 647.
Hell to clean but most 50's are.
Match chamber is too tight for mg once fired cases, unless you set the shoulder back.

They are very bad..you dont want a 50 blowing up on you (or a 22 for that fact)...save your money and get a good 500 -

The problems are what you just said, so you know what they are. I have NEVER had to hammer a bolt open on a .50 as you should NEVER have to. There is never a time that you should have to hammer a bolt open on any gun unless there is a PROBLEM. I would get that checked. As for you ammo your gun is probably not head spaced correctly which is why you are having bolt and ammo problems. They are PROBLEMS and ones that you should not have on PROPERLY working guns.
Why would a GOOD company have to keep changing their name? They have changed it yet again to Blackthorne. Sounds like a good place to deal with to me [xx(].
