I got a Victor 12ga single shot it has no serial numbers on it.All it says on the gun is Victor American Gun Co New York.I was wondering if anyone new anything about this gun?

  I think I am old, but you are correct, your shotgun is even older. Victor was one of nearly 80 names used by Crescent Firearms Co. It was built between 1904 and 1920. Value will be modest, and it should not be used with modern shotshells. It was built for black powder shells. If it has Damascus barrels, it should be thoroughly checked by a qualified gunsmith before shooting, or else it should be a wall hanger.
