I too am very pleased with mine. I have a 01091, Gov't stainless. Wilson Combat mags.
If you post this on General Forum, you will get forty opinions, and some will differ 180.
As a novice shooter with a paltry few barely described as a collection, my only observation would be to avoid a customized model, as the seller spent his own money pursuing his own dream. Colt sells tricked-up models if that is what you want.
The 1991 has, to me, a more pure, traditional design than the high-rise beavertail, extra serrated-slide, beveled-extended magwell, laser-gripped, et cetera'ed, customized models.0 -
Do a search on this forum, about a week or 2 this was covered here. I have one and for the $429.00 I spent for it new you can't beat it.
