GB Seller shipping Pistol to Buyer
In this case, I am the seller, the buyer sends me a copy of the FFL for his transfer agent, QUESTION ? Do I have to get a FFL holder to mail the pistol to my buyer's FFL transfer agent?

No. I din't the one time i sold a revolver on GB. Guys if i'm wrong tell me but I don't think you have to find an FFL holder to mail your gun as long as you have a signed copy of the FFL it is going to.

It is illegal for a nonlicensee to MAIL a handgun; you must use UPS or FEDEX Next Day Air services (with Adult Signature Requested), which is extremely expensive. Your local FFL may legally mail it by USPS to the buyers FFL, &, if he charges a reasonable fee for his services, that may actually cost less.
Obviously, you need to make sure that the buyer is willing to pay the actual shipping cost.

On the question - The seller can ship by Fedex of UPS to a FFL without being one himself. Poor buyer.[xx(]

You can trust neal on this one. Yes, it's possible, but if you are talking about anything of real value, spend the money and have your local dealer to do the transfer. Any potential problems vanish.

current laws permit non-ffl holders to ship fedm ex overnight
I was quoted a price of seventy some dollars to ship my colt king cobra in a bandloeer from 35653 to needles ca. (forgot the zip).......i asked if the rate was so high because i insured it for so much----she stated the insurance for ($1500) was opnly $7.......looks like i either eat half the shipping cost
find an honest local FFL
or just go on ahead and pass it onto my son...it's not exactly his cup of tea because it is stainless steel----has a major-league awesome
