AR 15 Varmint trigger info please

I want to upgrade the trigger in my AR lower for varmint/target shooting. I have a good feel for bolt action triggers and their adjustments but am at a loss with what I'm reading about AR type triggers. The adds I've read are more concerned with one stage or two stage function rather then adjustability. From you who have already gone this route what would you suggest as far as type vs cost vs availability. Thanks

  Send your lower to JP and have them install an adjustable trigger. They are the best on the market.

  Jewell makes a drop in AR trigger. Saw it in an ad inside March '05 Guns-N-Ammo, was priced at $200.
