CZ 2075 RAMI ?

Does anyone know if this gun has a decock feature?

    The CZ catalog shows that the 2075 RAMI has as safety features: a manual safety, safety stop on hammer and a firing pin safety. No mention of a decocker lever. The P-01 however, does show a decocker as well as the safety stop on hammer and firing pin safety. I too, am interested in a CZ pistol as a concealed carry and have been trying to decide between the two. Good luck in your search.[:)]

    This is an old thread but I thought I'd answer in case anyone else needs the info.

    The RAMI does not have a decocker. It can be carried cocked and locked (it has a trigger transfer safety) or it can be carried at 1/2 cock so the first shot is DA. The safety cannot be engaged unless the hammer is a full cock. Moving the hammer to 1/2 cock needs to be done carefully. I put my finger in front of the hammer and pull the trigger while holding the hammer back. Once the trigger breaks I take my finger off it so it resets and then release the hammer which will fall to 1/2 cock. With the trigger all the way forward the gun won't fire even if the hammer falls all the way forward.

    CZ's without decockers work that way. My instruction book says to depress the trigger and the hammer can be lowered all the way. With a little practice, and definite care, it can be done and is a sort of "decocking." Then put the safety up. Squeezing the trigger with one hand while holding the hammer with the other creeped me out at first, but it works, or, just lower it to half cock.
