Browning reproduction........

I have an opportunity to pick up a Browning 22 (repro of the Win M52) at what I consider a good price; does anyone have any knowledge/personal experience with this rifle? Quality? Shootability?

    Original Browning catalog pages from about 1990....only 5000 were built. Another limited run was done under the Winchester label....no longer available, prices are starting to creep up. I've seen NIB units go for as much as $900. One of the finest designed .22 bolt actions ever made.

    Thanks for your input. This one is LNIB with mount, rings and two extra magazines included for $600 +tax. I think I'll buy it and see how it stacks up against my Kimber and Rem 541S.

    We have two of the Winchesters 52b NIB ya might want to pick that you up!!!! We are asking a bit more than that for ours$$$$
