can some one tell me the diff, between skeet and trap shooting ?

  I just started shooting trap and i was wondering what size shot you guys like to use. I have used 7 1/2 and 9 shot in handloads. What do you use??

  7 1/2 will do it all. replace the 9 with 8 and youll be fine.

  If things are calm I prefer 8 shot; if windy I seem to do a little better with 7 1/2 shot.

  use 8's with im choke on the 16yd line. use 7 1/2 w/ full on the handicap sidewalk.
