Can anyone give me a link for AR-15 info

I would like a link to a website where i can read about the history and cleaning/takedown information and perhaps even RPM rate and other tidbits like that. Id very much appreciate that since I will own one soon and would like to know as much about it as possible.

I hear some very nice things about it but ts just not my cup of tea i just dont like the looks of it thats all.
