Receiver sights for Ruger M77 Target

I have a ruger M77 Target Rifle that I want to put receiver aperture sights Like the Redfield International on the rear and an appropriate front sight.
The Ruger has no front sight and only integral bases in the rear.

Is there some way to mount these sight without drilling and tapping holes in the metal? Are there base plates that will mount to the integral base in the rear and a barrel band type adapter for the front sight?
Who has some ideas? or knows where to look?

  Rugers are daft. They really only take Ruger anything. However, do a net search for Redfield sights. There may be an aftermarket sight that fits Ruger bases.

  I found one thanks. Champions choice has a base for the Ruger M77 that will work for receiver sights. They also have a barrel band front sight base. I can use my ruger and not have to drill or tap a thing.
