Howa lighting 30-06

I recently bought this rifle and im really sirprised.Its a great shooter.I have a elite 4200 scope on it using handloads.Im getting 3/4 groups. Anybody else have one of these rifles and what do you think about it?

  these are a good rifle for the money. They rebarrel nice too except for metric threads. Most of the guys I know or do work for like the out of the box accuracy.

  The one I have is a 243 Win. with a stainless steel barrel and composite stock. I really like it. It is easily one of the best buys on the market.

  Nice shooter. I recently "sold" my 30.06 to my nephew (let's just say he got a good deal from his soft-hearted uncle) after he borrowed it to take a very nice buck. He just fell in love with it and got a kick busting the target at 300 yards with a cheap scope. However, if you handload, don't go crazy with pushing the envelope for a little extra speed.
