    Sorry, it is also not listed in the Blue Book. The majority of Wards guns were made by Mossberg, followed by Savage/Stevens. I would start looking at sxs models made by those two. You may be stuck with doing the research yourself. No doubt there are some folks out there knowledgeable about Wards guns, but they are not collectable, so experts are likely to be a little thin.

    Thanks again He Dog. I also checked Blue Book. The gun is just not worth too much research. I picked it up for fifteen bucks at a local gun show. It has no stock or forearm, I intended to make them, but I can probably buy them for next to nothing if I knew what to order. I I almost had it sold for twenty bucks on my way out the door! Looks like I have another project gun! Anyway it will be fun as usual, and I won't make over ten cents per hour, but I will no doubt find someone who will trade me for some other old relic that needs some TLC. Or I will just buy some buckshot to load it with and stick it in the closet! I don't intend to get too serious about about it's just for fun!
