california gun laws....help

sold a russian sks with a 10rd fixed mag. is it legal to ship this gun to california. i thought it was 9 shot or less? can anyone help me with this. thanks

    What year was the russian sks made in? Depending on the model and year, it could be concidered a c&r .Also check out this link :

    gun is a c&r, all russians are, and i have a c&r license sending to a ffl holder. thanks

    The reason i asked about c&r is because some wont ship at all to california,Even with there class 3 license !But there is some great info for license holders: http://64.82.96.51/cal-ffl.htm
