How Bad? M1 Garand Stainless Receivers

I have been considering building up a BM59 styled rifle using (of course) a Garand reciver. This is to basically simulate the BM59E but will probably use M14 mags. I have been thinking it would be nice to use the Stainless National Match receiver, and that leads me to think a stainless Garand receiver would be nice. I noticed Sarco has the stainless Garand receivers for about $170. I assume these are the Century receivers that no one really cares for, but if they aren't too bad, I think it would be a good basis for such a build. Using one of these for a BM59 build would, after all, save another Garand receiver from getting cut. What are the pitfalls of these stainless Garand receivers?
