  You can still find good old letter model Hi-Standards for $200 or so. I only collect the letter models, so I don't know about the named models or their prices. You should be able to get a good HD Military shooter for $300. Go ahead and buy one, they are not going to go down in value!

  I've got an M-101 in excellent shape for just over a hundred. It shoots wonderfully! The others go for a higher prices, but if you watch auctions on GB, you can pick up a good shooter at a very fair price.
