NFA transfer forms
Hi, I am in the procees of buying an NFA firearm, I am filing the paperwork myself as I am purchasing it from the original owner. I know I have to submit a Form 4 with LE sign off, fed print cards, pics and $200. Is there another form, something about citizenship??, that has to be included??? I saw on another thread something about this and though someone out there would know, I can find no reference to any other form required on the form 4. Any info appreciated! Thanks!

you got all the paperwork except that.
is this a in state transfer? cool if it is...
fill it all out & wait about 4-6months.
if you use your personal check the bank will tell you that the check was cashed & the paperwork is started.
that is the start of the process time per sic.

Hey Walte, thanks for the Info! Yes, it is an in state transfer...but I didnt get the email about the "compliance" form...is it on the atf website???? Thanks!
