How do you black out the dot sights?

Those silly white dots on the fixed sights of my Witness. . .is there an easy non-destructive (ie reversible) way to black them out?

    possibly nailpolish then use acetone to remove.

    Yes. Buy a can of "Sight Black"(Birchwood/Casey), which sprays on and easily comes off with a moist patch

    Birchwood/Casey touch up pen will work ,flat black works on all types of metal

    A touch-up pen will darken areas where the bluing is worn, but has no effect on the "white dots"....

    cram a grease pencil in there. the grease stays longer.

    Cabelas sells a product called glow in the dark sight paint you could buy that and then paint over them.

    This is easy, just hold a match or lighter under those sights and they will blacken up to a flat black no glare. it works great and it cheap.

    I have had real good luck with Sharpie Marking pencils. I use them on my trap guns.
