Go here and you can order the forms online. There is no cost.On the right side of the page scroll down until you see F7CR (5310.16). select this and hit Add.It will put this on your order form. Just fill out your customer info and quantity and hit submit. It's that easy. Just one warning:when your C&R comes in your savings account will mysteriously start to vanish.[:D]

No problem. I got my C&R last December and I love it. When those long skinny boxes come in you feel just like a kid at christmas. When you get your C&R DO NOT sign the original. Make copies and sign those in red ink. Send a copy to all the online sellers,such as AIM Surplus,Classic Arms,Military Gun Supply,etc.You can also get dealer discounts at Midway and other places. I got my C/R lic. last year. Its so easy. Like rimfire said, you request the application on line (free), it arrived 2 weeks, it took about a month to receive the actual license. A copy has to be sent to your areas CLEO, chief law enf. officer. I live in a small town and freaked out when the police chief called my home. After answering his questions, we ended up having a great conversation. Turns out we have a lot in common and are now friends. Rimfire is also correct, my bank account has taken a hit, but I now have a lot of great wall hangers and shooters. 0
