Opinion of Taurus 745 Needed
Have been looking at the Taurus PT745 as an inexpensive, compact conceal carry pistol. Any opinion of Taurus automatics, specifically how they hold up, recoil etc.?

I'm not sure about the PT745. My brother in law had a 9mm Taurus. It was an exact replica of the Beretta and had a nickel finish with walnut grips. It was a nice shooting gun. Taurus recently came out with a semi-auto called a 24/7. I looked at one at the gunshow and it appeared to be a well built pistol. The only Taurus semi I own now is a PT22 and it is a very dependable, accurate little gun. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a Taurus. I've owned quite a few and have never had any issues.
