Thanks to those who responded to my UPS post. I believe the people involved are going the small claims route. I guess what suprised me the most was that it could happen. I own a small construction company,I've been at this for 36 yrs. I have built more houses, additions etc on a hand shake than you can imagine including million dollar ones. I have never been sued nor had a complaint. Where I live if you give your word you keep it no matter what. The world is changing I guess....I'm not going to change my ways...honesty to me....seems a better way
