Model 12 28 gauge conversion

Does anyone out there know anything about converting a Model 12, 20 gauge to a 28 gauge?

  very common mod. very hard to do...right. lots of them out there. its easy to get taken. you got to look deep. rule of thumb, if it was a parts gun from the ground up, it will function poorly. if it was a 20 modified to 28, and if it was a factory job, it will function fine. i have both. i know the difference. or at least my wallet does![:D]
