Share your experience on Burris scopes

I am considering buying a new 3.5-10 power Burris Fullfield Scope with a Ballistic Plex reticle. Would those of you that own or have owned a Burris scope share your experience with me on their scopes?

    Burris scopes are very good products. They have a real lifetime warranty. I have had mine on some very rough hunts in Alaska, they are still working fine.

    You can't go wrong with Burris IMO.

    Own a Fullfield II 3-9 x 40 - Love it. Their customer service and forever warranty cant be beat - plus they are made in Colorado. Just wish I had gone by there when I used to live there.....[:)]

    I was putting Nikon on most of my guns, and was recommending them to my customers. Now I only put Burris on my personal rifles and that is the first scope I recommend to my customers. I think they are great scopes, no complaints.

    I own several. Their lifetime warrantee is great. I recently bought a used one on Ebay and some fool had obviously taken it apart since there was lint inside of it . I sent it to Burris and even hough I was not the original owner (I told them this) they took it apart, cleaned it , recharged the gas inside, tested it and sent it back within two weeks at no charge to me[}:)]

    I picked up one with the ballistic plex for my 25-06, it works great. I don't have problems with setting the offset for out to 400yds. When I get to a better range (read longer marked distances) I'll suss it out for farther.

    VERY bright and clear optics, superior to a comparably-priced Leupold (I own several of each, Burris & Leupold). Firm, more positive adjustments. No experience with their warranty department yet.

    LOVE the Ballisti-plex reticle! Got two that are the
    Ballisti-plex Mil-Dot.

    Have a few of them - anywhere from 2x7 pistol scopes to 6x24 target scopes. All work fine - have never had to have the warranty on any of them validated.

    I own one Burris 4x12x40 Fullfield II and the rest of the good scopes I own are Leupolds, the Burris holds its own against the Leupolds, my next scope will be a toss up, Burris or Leupold.

    I currently own 2 Burris scopes, a 4X12 compact target on a .223 mini mauser and a 3X9 on a 30/06. Both are fine scopes and the warranty is solid as I had to have the 4X12 repaired(the caps were changing the zero every time they were taken off or replaced). I did manage to get a Burris representatiive with an attitude but they did repair the scope when I sent it back to them, so I'm satisfied. I do like their scopes and am currrently considering a Fullfield II for a 30/06 I just acquired.
