Two shot Colt Derringer

Story in today's paper. Heavily armed motorist arrested (AP)
States ...."and a loaded two-shot Colt Derringer pistol was in his pocket"....

It there any such thing? I can only recall single shot Colt's.

  I'm not sure. However, since it was in the nespaper it must be correct[xx(] Seriously though, I'm not even sure.

  Probably one of the modern clones of Remington double derringer. Colt made single shots.
