Neos Beretta feeding problem

I've had some problems using cci blazer ( lead ball LR ) in this pistol. There is a small ramp on the barrel that seems to "catch" the ammo once in a while causing a misfeed. I'm going to try FMJ to see if it makes a difference. Anyone else noticing this.
PS. Watch that little bugger when field stripping and cleaning, cut my hand pretty good on it while cleaning the bore>

    You can polish the feed ramp on it and that should help solve your problem.

    I think the ammo is afraid of the gun. Being so ugly and all.[:D]

    I purchased a NEOS 3 weeks ago.
    It would not feed anything.
    I tried 6 different brands of ammo and still FTF 98% of the time.
    Finally contacted Beretta and sent it back. Hopefully they will get it corrected or replaced.

    hey I know it's ugly but I bought it for my son to use. Not as ugly as a glock though[:D]

    Folks,

    I have been watching feeding problem posts for a long time. The solution usually is to polish the feeding ramp. OK, I have a few that I would like to try this on.

    How do you polish a feeding ramp? Do I use a dremmel with emery cloth or a cotton drum with polishing compound?

    Be advised that I am just a "guest" on the experts forum!

    I have found that lead nose 22s rarely do well in auto pistols. CCIs with a jacket will usually feed no problem.

    use a cotton polishing wheel, dont take a stone to it. Make it shiny, dont remove material... that is bad!!!!

    Hello DREMEL makes a long round rubber type polish rod that fits on a thin threaded shaft different grits. The fine grit will polish like glass but dont use course grit or take off any metal caution if you try to fix you may void warranty.
