opinion on a taurus

I'm looking for opions/knowledge/experience anyone has with a taurus model 606 .357 revolver with 2&1/2 inch barrel. I'm interested in purchasing one ($190) in pretty good condition and would like to hear what anyone has to say about it.

  Good solid gun for the price. Have sold several w/out any problems.

  I think you'll find that overall Taurus makes some great revolvers and semi-auto's for a budget price. I'd say that $190 in my area is a pretty good price for one in good condition. I don't think you'll be sorry.

  I have a .357 Stainless. Very solid and reliable. Taurus make good stuff at very convenient prices. Mine has been with me for years and still proud on it.

  I have a Taurus .38 special and it works fine. The only gun I didn't like from Taurus was the PT22. For under $200 go for it.

  IMHO,the quality of the current Taurus mdels is as high as S&W ever got down to back during the LSI days.

  I have rented several models of taurus handguns semiauto and revolvers and liked them all pretty well.
