Savage 110 trigger retrofit

I saw a nice used left handed savage 110 with the old trigger. The man in the gunshop, really store, did not know if the trigger could be changed for the new and much better trigger. Is this easily do? What is the approximate cost? Thanks for the input.

  if your refering to the new accutrigger (sp) not this cann't be done, but there are much better after market triggers available (timney et all)

  midway usa has timney triggers for 70 bucks.
