Case for springs (war-item)... ???
I was wondering if any of you knew what the heck this is and just what it's been used for?
I'd appreciate any history on these.
The boxes measure 2"*2"*3.5".
First box marked:
NO 1.Mark 1.
M.B.12.
Spare Springs. Keep Pins (some unclear marking at the end)

Second box marked:
C.M.98.
MK.1
1942
12M.B.
Don't do anything that I've allready done - That'd be just plain STOOOOOOPID.
The only way to get stoned??? - Whisky on the rocks offcourse.!!

Hey happy...perhaps if you post this in the general forum and mabye a WWII firarms site.
But my guess is that it's probably for either something to do with British Enfield rifles or british No.I Mk.I grenades.0
