Value of Thompson Submachine Gun (Replica?)

Trying to sell for my neice, and need to establish the value. Says manufactured by Modelgun Corporation, Tokyo Japan, Model of 1921 No. Gun is in fair condition.
Any help would be appreciated.

  well, never. High quality replica guns are collectible, but most collectors want them in perfect, or near perfect, condition. So, there is no way anyone can estimate it's value.
  
  But, that's not a problem for you; just post it an online auction with a starting bid of $5, & the REAL value will be determined by the bidders.

  I sold mine last year. Gun was in excellent condition, but no box or papers or ammo (it takes special screw apart shell and it IS full auto) and I got $575 for it on Ebay. Contact me if you have any specific questions. Olddoc1024@comcast.net
