Montefeltro/M2 vs Gold Fusion
I need some input to help me narrow my focus. I will be hunting mostly (duck,dove,quail) and shooting clays maybe 10 times a year. Is the Fusion more of a trap gun than the other two (monte/m2)? The adjustible comb feature really isn't very important to me, I want something thats not going to be delicate to take into the duck blind but keep in mind it'll be shooting dove also

This is only a personal preference, but I would choose the Fusion over the M2. I feel that browning makes a nicer gun and that the looks of it are better that the m2. I shoot trap and skeet with a couple of guys that use the M2 and the fusion and most is personal preference. Most importantly would be to pick them up and see which one feels better to you and how they swing. These guns will work fine in any situation from doves to clays and everything in between. Have you made up your mind on an auto loader or would you consider pumps as well. Just a thought. I myself tend to stick to the o/u and pumps. I find that they are more reliable. Hope this helps! 0 -
Yes I am looking just at auto's. I own a citori but would like to try out an auto for a while. I have found a Fusion for $650 new and a Montefeltro for $680 like new. 0 -
I would go with the fusion I feel it is the best gun for for most everything. But if you get a chance try them out and see how they feel for you. Good Luck 0
