Anyone have any firsthand knowledge about this rifle? Quality, shootability, parts availability?

  I owned one years ago. It wasn't that great of a shooter, but since it was all original, I didn't screw with it. Learned better since my Bubba days.
  
  Only ones I ever seen or heard about were in 30-06. Supposedly they were from a Colombian contract that was defaulted on, so were sold on the surplus market here in the U.S. Most all I ever seen were in virtually new, unissued condition. Some had a medallion with a crest on it in the stock. Don't recall that mine had one though?
