Colt Pony vs Kimber Ultra Carry II

I currently have a Colt Pony but I have wonderered for quite a while about it's effectivness. I am thinking about a Kimber Ultra Carry II but here in South Texas where I wear short sleeve shirts all year round there is a problem with concealment. Will the Kimber fit in a pocket?
Or is there any other pistols you all might recommend?

  The Kimber might be a little big for a pocket, but will conceal well with an IWB holster or deep concealment style. If you can shoot the Kimber well, I'd say the slight change in carry methods would be worth it.
