Have a l905 Wincheter Catalog in excellent condition, any one got an idea of what it is worth?

I have a Winchester Repeating Arms catalog dated March 1891. It says that it's reproduced from the original. But how can I determine how old it really is?

It is worth about $100 - $150, depending upon just how nice the condition really is.
