    That particular Colt Lightning rifle is a long way from being 70%. A better estimate is about 10 - 20%. Still, it is worth a considerable sum (based on what I have seen at live auctions).

    Hello this is the first model/type without the slideing dust cover I agree with Bert no where near 70% but either it is the way the picture was taken or it has a longer than normal barrel with the action closed run a cleaning rod into the barrel until it touches the bolt fase and post how long it is.
