hi point 9mm carbine????

I think??? I am interested in a hi point 9mm carbine as a "bang around" gun for the farm and truck/4wheeler.. Dog deterent,coyote[xx(], plinking around.. I was thinking 22 mag semi rifle/ SKS but have a little concern for the distance the round would travel.. Any advice appreciated...[8D]

  They make great little truck guns and for the money its hard to beat.

  Cheaply made and ugly, but I've never gotten one to jam/misfire. For the purposes of plinking they work good and require little maintenance. If the dogs in question are agressive in nature, an SKS might be a good choice as well

  I like mine no problems firing and such. Havent' seen any coyotes when I have it with me. One thing I can say is check and tighten all the stock screws I lost one of them because I didn't.

  Mine doesn't like "Win-Clean" ammo.Other than that,I've had no problem with it.[^]
