Hand engraved grips for 1911

I want to have a pair of grips made for a 1911 with a 7th infantry/Iraqi Freedom Scenario that I am putting together for welcome home gift for a young man when he gets back from Iraq. Any suggestions on who could carve'm for me. Internet search yielded zilch.
