winchester 1200

Will the winchester 1200 barrels interchange with the winchester 1300 barrels? Thanks.

  A friend of mine bought a Winchester 1200 12ga used today. I stopped by his shop to take a look at it today and was suprised to see that it has a BRIGHT SHINY, MIRROR LIKE chrome finish on the reciever and barrel and a beautifull walnut stock. Its practically new and I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10 and only because its been handled. It say stainless on the barrel. Did this gun come like this from the factory? Ive done a few searches but have come up with nothing. When he first told me about it i thought it was a dull nickel type finish like mossberg and remington have on their marine pumps, but this thing has a mirror shine. I'll see if I can get him to e-mail a pic so I can post it. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
