sile ossian mauser rifle how do i find a model #

I have a mauser rifle that says sile ossian in on the bbl. im trying to get parts for this mauser and i cant find bases to fit it has one on it but i want to put a luepold or similar. i'm not sure if it is a 98. i tried a base but the hole spacing wasnt right. anyone know what modle mauser they used?.please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the rifle is bright stainless,no markings but the importer,cocks on open,3 holes for scope mounting,sn#3xxx,what measurments might i need to take?

    i forgot to add it only has 3 holes on top and cocks on open. i also want to put a new tigger on it.

    Sile used to be a supplier of sporter stocks for surplus rifles but I don't know about whether or not they built rifles too.

    mike all it says on the bbl is sile ossian in. the sn# v-3xxx it cocks on open there are only 3 base mounting holes. what other info do you need?

    pix would be nice, "cocks on opening" could mean a m-98 mauser (sporterized military, f-n commercial, m-96 sporterized or commercial) or any of several other possibilities. the 'three hole' mounting soulds like redfield but there are at leaste 4 possibilities that I can think of right now (length (2), reciever dia.(2)).

    Sile was the distributor of these rifles using surplus Mauser actions(mostly CZ-24's). Made by Roberts(a play on the Sile company owners name De-Roberts, Italian)These were offered in many configurations and calibers. Turned out some fairly nice sporter Mausers. Offered a lifetime warranty. Sile and Roberts went out of business in 1996. We bought the Sile's Ossian warehouse, With many Mauser parts, barrels,and stocks. Mauser barrels and stocks are now all gone. Still have Mauser Enfield parts, and other Sile products.
    They had thier own scope mount made for these using 3 holes (nothing elese will quite fit the hole spacing)
    Roberts was also making NEW Enfields, these #1mk3 were sold as new but were really just made up from parts. Many sold thru John Jovino in NY
