humm, a good gun that don't like bad ammo. short of buying a new magazine i'd recommend shooting good ammo.

Try different ammo first, ( I recommend CCI Blazers ). If your still having problems, try changing magazines. See if that makes a difference.

I second what Mike says. Try several brands of ammo. If still has a problem then it could be a bad magazine. Those are good pistols usually.

Question, Do you know that the magazine is a factory Browning mag. I have two brownings with over 10,000 rounds through them with out any problems with all types of ammo. But I bought a after market magazine and had nothing but trouble.

I've got a 5" Buckmark that's also sometimes hesitant; what works for me is checking to see if the screws that hold the rear sight on are tight, and give it a good cleaning...

And, the best ammo I've found for mine is either Winchester Wildcat or CCI Velocitors (Velocitors have never failed).

I have a Buckmark that would do the same thing. jam or misfeed once or twice every mag useing all kinds of ammo. I ended that problem by cleaning very good and instead of useing oil on the rear of the slide, I use shooters choice red grease in the syringe. just a tiny amount.

I have a Browning Camper and had issues with Jamming also. My problem was the set screw had come loose. I took the pistol apart, cleaned it and then put it back together making sure the screws were snug and it was the end of my problems. Hope it helps.
