IAI 30 carbine

Saw one on Gunbroker for 435. Seems like a great proce, is it? Is tre quality on them, ok? Any other places I should look? Just want a reliable shooter for my son for Christmas Thanks, as always, experts.

  The $435 is an OK price. I bought one brand new a year or so back. It had a bad extractor from the factory.
  
  It was not extracting every time when I took it out to the range for the first time. I took a look at the extractor and could see it was worn. Bought and installed the new part and that solved the problem.
