Rem XP-100 into Calif

This is for you Calif dealers. Can a Remington XP-100 be shipped to a Calif. FFL dealer from a non Calif FFL dealer and then transfered to a non FFl buyer in the state of Calif?? Thanks for your input.

  First off I'd call up DOJ so they can earn the dollar they get paid. Since, I had no interest in this (Rem XP-100) I didn't make it my priority of it's standing. I was under the immpression single shots were exempt from the "List" of wackyness. I'm not on top of the no-no list of this year other than the ban on the .50BMG I could be wrong.
