Value of Tasco 1860 reproduction brass scope?
Anyone know the value of a Tasco 1860 brass rifle scope? It is 4x with a 7/8" tube that is 32 1/2" long.
The scope is a reproduction of the old type used on rifles long ago.
Scope is in good condition with clear glass. Parts of the mounts are misiing but it is usable with other mounts.
Any help is appreciated.

One sold on fleabay for around $210. Dixie Guns sells them new for about $230. Good luck.

I would think the lack of a correct mount would substantially lower the value; Tasco is no longer in business, so replacement parts are probably not available.

Thanks for your help HAIRY. I have a chance to buy it for 65 bucks. I don't need it now but will save it for a future project.
